About CIC
C.I.C. was founded in Southern California by Mr. Don Gardner,
a licensed general contractor with more than 30 years of
experience in the home building industry. Throughout his
career, Mr. Gardner has been a contractor, superintendent, and
real estate developer. More than 15 years ago Mr. Gardner began
conducting construction draw inspections for High Desert
Federal Credit Union, a business relationship that continues
today. Mr. Gardner now employs a staff of 7 inspectors.
All are handpicked professionals, who understand their role
in the construction lending process, and pledge to provide
accurate, ethical information on the progress of construction.
Our "CIC Pro" in-house software suite interfaces directly with Bridgelink/ScoreNet's web based systems through our secure server. We also provide direct "paper" inspections, as an intermediate step to using the BridgeLink/ScoreNet TCL interface. We can process inspections accepted in an Excel spreadsheet format and return them either on paper or electronically.
